SELLERS:
Unlike "regular" real estate companies that offer only one option, GoDirect offers a wide variety of listing options. You can choose whatever level of service you desire from FREE Web listings for our "For Sale by Owner" clients - all the way to full service at 6%. In between, we offer Flat-Fee MLS listings, real estate advice, determining how much your property is worth, negotiations with your buyer, or making sure your contract gets to closing.
